• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. 
  • 50% of the rental amount will be charged for cancellations made after this period.

  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. A €150 damage deposit in cash must be paid upon checking in if you book directly over our website and do not use a booking platform.
  • We are not liable for accidents, theft, or loss during your stay. 

Only house guests are permitted.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we follow a no-pet policy.

  • Check-in: 15:00-18:00.
  • Check-out: 08:00 –11:00.
  • Check-in time adjustments can be accommodated with prior notice; however, please note that check-in should be before 20:00.

  • Blue Apartment: 2 (+1) – extra camping bed for child can be provided at no additional charge.
  • Green Apartment: 3 (+1) – extra camping bed for child can be provided at no additional charge.
  • The maximum occupancy may only be changed on special request. 
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If unauthorized visitors are found staying overnight, a penalty fee will be charged.
  • Parking: Guests are asked to park their car in the designated parking space or garage. Please respect the “No Parking Sign” at side entrance. Guests may briefly park at the side of the house to unload their car before receiving further parking instructions.
  • Spa Tax (Kurtaxe): As a guest staying in a holiday apartment in Bad Krozingen, your host is responsible for registering you with the local authorities and collecting the applicable spa tax. Tourist tax from 1 January 2025: €3.00 per person per day and €2.40 per day for severely disabled guests with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50% and should be paid upon arrival.
  • Children up to the age of 18 are exempt from the spa tax.
  • Companions of severely disabled persons are exempt from the spa tax if their need for assistance is confirmed by an appropriate ID
  • In return, you’ll receive the KONUS guest card, granting you various rebates and benefits, including free use of buses and trains in the Black Forest region.
  • If booking directly, a refundable damage deposit of €150 in cash is required for the occupancy of your holiday apartment and will be returned in absence of damage.

Important Note: Our property is not suitable for guests requiring medical care or personal medical assistance. Elderly guests or those with health or mobility concerns should be accompanied by a companion. For appropriate medical assistance we do not accept liability.

  • Valid passport or ID card: This identification is necessary for the official registration process required by local authorities.

  • ID as companion for a person with a handicap (if applicable)

We kindly ask guests to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon check-out. While an additional cleaning fee covers a final cleaning, the following basic expectations apply:

  • Dispose of trash in designated bins. 
  • Wash used dishes – either wash them by hand or load and start the dishwasher.
  • Wipe down surfaces – please clean up any major spills or stains.
  • Put furniture back in place – if anything was moved, return it to its original position.
  • Close windows/balcony windows and doors. You do not need to lock the main apartment door before departure. 
  • Double-check for any forgotten items in apartment (drawers, cupboard, under bed, kitchen- and bathroom cupboards) & outdoor facilities. 
  • Before check-out, we ask you to take a quick look through your apartment: Is everything as you found it ? If something has been broken – just let us know. No problem, it can happen. 
  • Please allow our team a moment to inspect the apartment upon returning the key. Your damage deposit will be refunded in absence of damage.
  • Please leave keys with reception/office.

General House policies

  • Bedding & Towels – sheets, pillowcases, blankets & bath towels.
  • Basic Toiletries – including soap, toilet paper & shampoo/shower gel.
  • Cleaning Supplies – washing-up liquid, sponges, garbage bags, laundry detergent & dishwasher tablets
  • Basic Kitchen Essentials – a small selection of herbs, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, jam, cooking oil, milk powder & ketchup.
  • First Aid – a basic emergency first aid kit 

Reception is available for in-house support from 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00.

  • Keep the apartment clean and tidy. Please take out the trash regularly (small sorting bins are located directly outside each apartment and are emptied regularly).
  • For a quick tidy-up during your stay: hoover, brooms, etc., are stored outside each apartment.
  • Please refer to the instruction manual in your apartment for guidance on using the mini-dishwasher, mobile air condition and microwave. Alternatively, our in-house service team will be happy to provide a demonstration upon request.
  • The washing machine/dryer, detergent supplies and ironing facilities are in a separate utility room in the basement.
  • The washing machine may be used between 08:00 – 20:00 hours. There is no access to the utility room after 20:00. Try to use daytime to minimize noise and save energy; we use solar energy.  
  • Instructions for use of washing machine are available in utility room. If you have any questions, please contact our in-house service +49 160-4276557.
  • Do not overload the machine to avoid damage. 
  • Please leave the area tidy. A brush, dustpan and cloths are available for cleaning spillages.
  • Please check machine after use for forgotten items.
  • An electric stand is available for drying in utility room. The washing machine also has a drying function. Do not hang up washing on furniture: Instructions for use of washing machine are contained in your copy of house rules and instruction manuals in your apartment. Your in-house service is also available if required.

Close doors and windows when heating or air conditioning is on. 

  • For grilling, please help yourself to wood and stick supplies available in garden & shed areas.  
  • Guests are kindly asked to ensure that all fires in the grill area are fully extinguished before leaving. A garden hose is available in the picnic area to assist with properly quenching any remaining embers. Please remember to turn off the tap after use!    
  • Guests are welcome to use the garden and its facilities from 08:00-22:00.  
  • Quiet hours apply – please keep noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours.  
  • The picnic, grill and seating areas in the garden are available for all guests to enjoy on a first-come, first-serve basis: If others are waiting, please limit your time to 2 hours. There is also an additional picnic area in the front garden.
  • No holding spaces – leaving bags, towels, or other items does not count as a reservation. 
  • Clean up after use – dispose of trash properly and leave the area tidy for the next guests. 
  • Grill usage – please ensure the grill is completely cooled before cleaning after use. Tap water is available in picnic area and cleaning materials in compartment under grill! Dispose of any waste in the bin area. 
  • Personal belongings -do not leave items unattended for long periods. Do not leave personal items outside overnight. We do not accept responsibility.
  • Guests may store bicycles in the designated bicycle shed. Use the provided bike racks to keep the area tidy. The property owner is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles—please lock them securely. 

Maintenance and cleaning by our in-house service team takes place between 10:00 and 13:00. We will do our best to ensure minimal disturbance to guests.
